Marquee Hire

West Coker Scout Group have several Marquees, tents and equipment which is available to hire at affordable prices and suitable for private parties, function, fetes, etc… Our dedicated team will arrange times and dates to erect the tents in preparation for your event and will come afterwards to dismantle and take away

Due to increased fuel prices, we have had to add additional fees for delivery & erection. These fees include:

Within 5-10 miles: Free

Between 10-20 miles: £10.00

Between 20-30 miles: £20.00

These tents provide the great provision of our fund raising and are essential in supporting West Coker Scout Group to operate. We appreciate your support. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Marquee (9m x 12m) stretch Marquee new for 2024 – £800.00 Per Weekend

New for 2024 and ideal for the larger events, The price includes volunteers from West Coker Scout Group coming out to erect and take down the marquee, making sure that set up requirements are met and secure.

Marquee (30ft by 23ft): – £500.00 per Weekend.

This two-pole marquee is very useful for village fetes, organisation, or family events. (Will seat about 60) The price includes volunteers from West Coker Scout Group coming out to erect and take down the marquee, making sure that set up requirements are met and secure.

Marquee (23ft by 23ft): – £300.00 per Weekend.

The one pole marquee is very useful for village, organisation, or family events. (Will seat about 40) The price includes volunteers from West Coker Scout Group coming out to erect and take down the marquee, making sure that set up requirements are met and secure.

Bell Tent (4metre diameter): – £75.00 per day.

Need that an extra room for accommodation during parties, family events or weddings, hire one or more of our 4m Bell tents.

Wooden Tables – £5 each per hire

Picnic tables (all 6) – £25 per hire
